Cute Little Teapot for Specialty Teas
I bought this as a gift for a tea lover. He loved the cute small size, which is perfect for one mug or two small cups. It is very delicate and has a charming shape. I would recommend this product.

Badly designed and poor product
This teapot design was very disappointing. It has a narrow apperture for the strainer which makes it very small in capacity. It meant that filling 330ml of boiling water took 15 seconds as fill, as after the initial 100ml I had to wait for it to filter through, which meant the water was no longer be boiling. It does have a capacity of 400ml, but with boling water if would be dangerous to fill it to that level. My photo shows 330ml and if you look where it comes to to on the spout, that is the maximum. Because the stariner is small it is so difficult to remove the tea leaves. Knocking it against the side of the bin only removes a small amount and I had to use kitchen roll to get out 3/4 of them and had to resort to turning it upside down and run tapwater over it, which meant these went down the plughole which I don't like doing. They advertise that it can make 3 cups, however they would have to be the size of an expresso cup to do so. It's a shame as it made a good tasting mug of tea. A weel later and I must add. After every cup of tea I have to use a needle to take the tealeaves from the slat appertues, otherwise It is now taking almost a minute to fill. It really is so badly designed. It was getting so clogged that I put a thin knife into the slots to removed leaves and with no pressure it cracked. I contacted Charbrew and they completely ignored my message for a replacement filter. Amazon were great arranged for it to be collected and have now issued a refund. Have now bought another cheaper one with metal filter and it fills and pours so much better.

Pours beautifully. Brews very well too.
A lovely teapot with an inner removable glass brewing basket. The basket has a few slits to allow the tea to brew and at first I thought that the tea would not brew well because of the lack of perforations, I was wrong. It brews very very well, although you do need to pour the water on top of your leaves slowly to allow the water to drain through the slits. Once brewed comes the best but pouring to drink. So many teapots fail at the pour, they either dribble from the spout sides or gush out from the lid as you tilt. This teapot has a great spout that gives a 'proud' pour and reminds me of long spout Spanish Red wine decanters, it sounds silly but I love watching my tea pour from this pot. I use double walled 250ml clear glass tea cups so this teapot looks like a, set next to my cups and I get a full cup plus some left in the pot.for a top up, I usually pour a cup then top up the teapot again and leave brewing as I drink my first cup, I always manage to get two good brews from my leaves and the flavours are not compromised in the second brew either. This sized pot is a one person pot. I love it, it makes drinking tea more pleasurable for me, I love the tea making ritual. I've bought my daughter one as a shocking filler, at the moment they're not available so there's no price but when I bought my daughters it was £9.99 which I think is excellent value for a well made teapot that doesn't dribble when pouring. It looks lovely too. Happy to recommend.

Care should be taken with this pot.
Lovely teapot, I've used it for a couple of years but this morning the handle cracked at the top of the pot and I was lucky it didn't break off completely and scald me.

Sweet little tea pot!
Sweetest little teapot! Shame I ordered the smallest size! I wanted the larger one, but didn't read the dimensions properly when ordering! Still cute though, just enough for one person. Will order the larger one as well!

The Art Of Slow Tea (not quite!)
This is a beautiful little teapot and perfect for proper cups of tea (not the awful bucket-size mugs that seem the only option these days!) However, I can only give 3 stars as the minuscule holes in the filter means it takes forever to fill the pot and the piping hot water you need for fresh loose leaf tea starts to get cold before it’s even half full. It would be 5 Stars if this issue could be addressed!

SUPERB!!
I loved the shape of this when I first saw it but, having had several disappointing tea-pot purchases in the past, I was a little hesitant - especially when I saw the position and shape of the 'holes' in the infuser. I needn't have worried! I never expected to be so excited about a tea-pot - and certainly not to wax lyrical about one! - but I absolutely LOVE this. It's nice to be able to watch the tea infusing, especially if using some special, decorative leaves, and I've not had a 'bad' cup of tea from it, regardless of the type of tea I've used. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase.
