An additional 6 pieces, up from the original 30, are split up into 24 Whack pieces, 6 Half-Whack, and 6 Flat Whacks. While not seemingly so, this complex structure presents a great challenge when it comes to trying to recreate the ball-like shape.Six extra pieces may not seem like a lot, but it makes the Big Ball of Whacks have more than double the volume of the original. This allows for innumerable creative rtunities to design your own shapes and designs. The 6-color edition features pieces in six different bright colors! A 96-page illustrated guide-book is included, which goes into detail about the design of the Ball of Whacks, what the "Golden Ratio" is, and has a number of exercises designed to getting you used to working with the Big Ball of Whacks and get those creative juices flowing.
