The product discription states a 3 pack but the photo shows a 4 pack. Which is it?

The goods I received were 3 packages, 4 tablets in each package, 12 total appliance freshening tablets. I believe this matches the product description.

Can u use on top loaders

I am using on a Top Loader machine and I do believe it makes a difference. I hope it works for you.

Is this product any good?

I order Plink for the dishwasher on a regular basis - has a lemon/citrus smell. My dishwasher is old and will get to smelling as I don't actually need to run it very often. I keep one in the bottom of it between cycles. After a cycle, I replenish. Hope this helps.

What if I dissolve in hot water put in kitchen sink?

I'm sure you could do that. I would do it with least amount of water , let it sit in drain for a little while before you run water down drain .
