Well written tale to accompany Picasso's painting

This simple tale is just the thing to accompany teaching Pablo Picasso's "The Three Musicians". It has an evil mayor, a scary fictitious villain, and a band of traveling musicians. The tale gives a reason for the picture, down to "Coco-pod", the dog. My elementary art students loved the story and so did I! Great illustrations. Highly recommended.
