TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION(As Per IPC-TM-650-J-STD004) 1) Flux Type--> RMA. 2) Flux Content--> 2.50%±0.50% . 3) Corrosiveness --> Passes copper mirror test. 4) Copper plate corrosion (60ºC,95% RH, 24 hours)--> No corrosion observed. 5) Surface insulation resistance (Ω):- a)Before humidity --> 1 x 1010. b)After humidity--> 5 x 107. 6) Electromigration--> Passes. 7) Wetting balance test--> Passes. 8) Spreadability--> More Than 85%. 9) Dryness--> Passes.
