I had no problems with my purchase what so ever. I was very pleased. I needed these for medical reasons and they were perfect for my use. They are very sturdy and the cotton swabs are packed tight and there were no fraying. Lots less expensive then medical supply stores. I will be buying these again.

Very good product at an excellent price. Works well applying medication to areas with no mess. The long wooden stem is excellent to keep back from a wounded area and the cotton tips are very good and does not come loose from the wooden stem. I would highly recommend this product to all when applying medication to an area. Secondly, this item works very well when cleaning tight areas on rifles and pistols. You can reach those hard to get parts and excellent to apply oil to hard to get to places. Overall an excellent product and would highly recommend it to others.

These are almost exact duplicates to what I got from our veterinarian-might be the same. At any rate, I won’t put anything else in my old pup’s ears. These do not leave cotton behind, they are nice and long and packaged in 2s. They make that task quick, painless and quick. My girl has had multiple ear infections and these are vital. If a medical issue needs these, they are sterile and handy to have in a first aid kit, too

There isn't a whole lot you can say about disposable medical equipment. Each package contains two sterile, 6'' cotton swabs. For my purposes, I use one for a control and the other for the test. They serve my purpose, are a decent price, and I don't anticipate running out of them for awhile. Do keep in mind, however, as with any product like this, that once it has been exposed to liquid/humidity or has been opened, it will no longer be sterile. Open prior to intended use and be mindful of anything it touches after that point. A good technique for ensuring sterility is to open the package on the stick end, not the swab end, and you can pull it out with contaminating the tip.

I am doing a science fair project involving culturing bacteria in a petri dish for a regional middle school science fair. I only needed about ten or so swabs for collecting samples. I went on Amazon to look for a good deal on swabs, and most dealers were offering ridiculously pricey costs for a small pack of applicators. Then I found Medline's listing, and could NOT believe the price for the amount of swabs I would have gotten. So, I risked around 10 bucks to get 10x the amount of swabs I'd actually needed and I was not disappointed. The box includes dozens of packets containing two swabs each. I opened up a few, and noticed that none of the swabs we're damaged, and no packets have been ripped open that would desterilize the contents. The applicators are approximately 6 in.(15.2) cm) and are durable, if that really matters. Summed Up: These are your average swabs and do what they need to do, but also comes in an ultra-crazy quantity for a low cost. I would definitely buy from Medline again, but I don't need to, because I don't know what to do with the other 90 packets.. :)

I love that this product is sterile and perfect for using in my ear whenever I want to clean my ears without fear of the cotton coming off and sticking to any earwax. It's secure on the wooden stick, and it also works perfectly for using as an applicator as well. For using in ear, I would just break a small tip of it to shorten the stick so it looks more like a cutip!

Perfect for cleaning my dog's ears. He's an American Akita and his ear canals are pretty deep. The stick part is really sturdy and wild like a charm.
