Will these sink faster than flakes? My Rasboras would like something that descends to their level a little faster.

Ingredients listed; norwegian seaweed, wheat germ, corn, soybean, yeast, mineral substances, vitamins (A, D3, C, E, B1, B2, B6 & B12), B-carotene, folic acid, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid and des EAA (methionine, lysine)

Plan on getting a koi anglefish and some platys, so will this be good for both of them?
