I use it daily in for electrolytes
Great product. I use this as an electrolyte/flavor enhancer in my morning superfood drink and protein shakes. It's not as "natural" as it could be - but those tend to be more thickening and carry flavor, I've tried them. It's texture is great, mixes in easily unless you forget to add it, in which case all bets are off for it combining with your drink, even with one of those little hand whizzer things. The cost recently went up when they added the Organic label to it, but I have a hard time imagining how they'd raise irish sea moss inorganically, so that was just adding money to their pot. I still buy it though because it's like 450 servings and lasts forever. And by forever, I mean like 6 months at my house, which is practically forever when talking about food with 4 kids

Excellent Irish Moss Powder
Great supplement for the micro nutrients in "sea vegetables" like iodine... Pure powders are the only way to go, this one fits the bill. 2nd carton of this, 1st class company always. Use many of their products. The only negative and it has nothing to do with the company, is the powder is like dust. Cripes, it gets all over your fingers just scooping it out... 🤣.

Worth it!
I’ve noticed some clearer skin and no side effects. The taste leaves some to be desired, but overall I would recommend this. I add it to my water once a day in the morning with my electrolytes and it works effectively. There is a smell to it, but I think the results are worth it!

Honestly I was skeptical about sea moss. This one, has no smell, is amazing quality to put in anything, soups, shakes, even water! The health benefits are great’ I have more energy, and feel better!

Salty!
This product is so salty it will not work with smoothies or other types of drinks. Maybe for soup, salads or some salty food (but be aware not to put salt on the food previous to all this product because it will make it salty)
