I bought this for my 1.2, 1.7 and 2.2 qt. Japanese saucepans and it fits snugly and perfectly on all three! Such a cute looking lid too! Love that it matches the dimpling pattern of the sauce pans. So pleased with these quality pans and now lid, which are light weight, durable and somehow makes my food taste better!? So easy to clean too so would not dare put them in the dishwasher just as a precaution. I want these to last forever!

I needed a new top for my yukihira pans that I have. The last one was just that wooden drop lid which has slowly deteriorating and the handle doesn’t always stay on. So i looked up lids and this one came up. It’s nice and light weight, has options for multiple pan sizes or widths. And the wood knob on top really keeps it nice and cool to the touch when you pull it off the pot. It has small vent on the top to keep things from boiling over, and it also has a similar pattern as the pots themselves.

Matches the Yukihara pot but feels quite flimsy in comparison to the pot material. Easily burns (changes color). Don't know if I would recommend this even though it matches the pot...

Great product works as advertised!

I bought this with the intent of using with the Yoshikawa Yukihira pot, 3-quart version. On the Amazon page, this lid was recommended for use with that size pot. Well, this lid is about 2 centimeters too small in diameter and it falls right in. It might work with other brand Yukihira pots, but not the Yoshikawa brand. (Note: "Yukihira" is refers to design style, not the manufacturer brand. There are many brands offering a Yukihiria pot on Amazon).

Arrived bent, distorted and dented. Won't sit flat on pot. Cheaply made for the price charged. The 8.7 inch lid is terrible. The outside packaging was undamaged, so this didn't happen in transit. It was packaged with this damage. Extremely disappointed.

The cover fit my purpose and did the job better than I expected. Since it is a universal type lid. It fit snug will definitely buy again in other sizes if available

Yes it fits 16 18 20cm pots. To 16 18 cm pots, it’s wobbly, not covered tight at all. But it’s perfect for the 20cm pot. I’m using it for my Tefal Ingenio saucepans, handle not attached when with the lid is on.
