voice clarity - does this eliminates mumbling and low voice?

We love this sound bar! The sound has been fantastic. No problems with mumbled dialogue or anything else. Great bass too!

Can I use this with the cable plugged in

Yes , just simply use the audio cable ( included) to connect your smart TV. For sound bar ,there is no needed with any cable just plug into power.

Does it come with the cable to the tv and the power cable?

Read the descriptions VERY CAREFULLY. The SB2020n-J6 does NOT, repeat does NOT, come with an optical cable as I found out the hard way, so now I have to order one.

Can this attach to a Vizio television? If so how?

Yes. You need to follow the instructions that came with the speaker. It took me a few minutes but I did get it to work.
