This bag holds 3 cylinders. It is for use in a vehicle only. There are no rollers or handles on this bag.

can i wear it on my shoulder with only one tank in it? i do not want to have to pull an E tank.

Rubber feet for e-tank cart?

There aren’t any feet on the tank. The feet or on the cart. Only the tanks go into this carrier. I found this carrier to be perfect for carrying spare tanks. The carrier clips into the child safety seat hooks in the back seat and the bottles are secure from sliding.

What are the demensions of the bag?

31 x 16 inches when flat without cylinders. It holds three E tanks, clips to child carseat hooks on our back seat, and works very well.
