Not compatible with other models with similar looking fittings. The red button adaptor fits into your V7, V8, V10 or V11 and allows most tools from the DC16-DC75 to be used (excepting certain cylinder tools). The second adaptor fits into the first and allows usage of your V7, V8, V10 or V11 with vacuum storage bags, tools from models DC01-DC14 and general 32mm tools from other machines. This adaptor also fits previous generation cordless models. These adaptors do NOT fit tools from models DC11, DC15, DC19, DC20 or DC21 or any cylinder model floor heads. Please check the extra photographs carefully to see examples of usage and tool fitments to be certain they are suitable for your application (the vacuum cleaner and extra tools/accessories are shown for demonstration of fitting purposes only).
