Packed with exciting ideas and inspiration, this book is all about fun and flavour, all garnished with sincerity and a love of food. I especially recommend the Cauliflower Taco: a recipe that epitomises fun and delicious. You get depth, aroma, sweetness, crunch, heat, and freshness all in one bite. Sensational! Cooking is a labour of love. And, every good cook understands that a recipe is only a guide, not a drill instructor. So, please do ignore the negative reviews. The author promotes the “use what’s available” philosophy several times. It’s not difficult, with a bit of logic and resourcefulness. If you can’t get Roma tomatoes, use another fresh tomato. If you can’t get guajillo chiles, use another dried chili. It may be different, but I promise it will still be absolutely delicious!

I thought I was purchasing another cookbook for ideas. Didn't realise It was also a book to give me more drive and inspiration. Fantastic

I did my research for a good taco book and came across this one... Unfortunately this book will only be useful on the coffee table as decoration. A lot of the book is pages of text about the company that you just flip through so you can get to the actual recipes... and then you get to the recipes and they call for a ton of ingredients that you'd have trouble finding in the supermarket, i.e. sea urchins. Pretty pictures -- not ever going to use a recipe.

Gave them as Christmas gifts. Everyone raved how unique and useful the recipes were. Colored pictures throughout and endless ideas. Decided to order one for ourselves!

I collect taco cookbooks and this is among the best I’ve found. Recipes are amazing! The stories from chef are amazing addition to the experience of using this cookbook. We use all the time.
