Well roll me over and turn me into a noodles armpit. These things really work just tough to get it out the capsule. Emptied some of my ugly sisters ones and filled them with spit and boogers and she didn’t notice. Fantastic product

5 Days in and what a difference. The first dose seemed to had given me a little nice high. Not felt this high again but has generally improved my mood, focus, metabolism and has given me enough pain relief with a nagging issue I have had with my foot that was crippling enough to make me worry that I couldn’t do my daily hikes. It has also lowered my glucose levels quite noticeably. I am definitely sold on Chaga to the extent that I now intend to forage my own.

Arrived on time, are easy to take, to early to know if they are effecting my health.

An important compound called Triterpenes comes from Chaga Mushroom and Is only available via alcohol extraction. This product uses only hot water, meaning while you get the Beta Glucans, you don't get the Triterpenes. This is a very expensive product that isn't correctly processed for all the benefit of the Mushroom. Also the beta glucan dosage is around 3 grams. You would need to take 38 tablets for that dosage. The label conveniently hides this by saying "daily value not established". Pfftt. You get 7 day supply of beta glucans and NO Triterpenes in this bottle. Shop elsewhere. Read the labels. Learn your stuff.

Was excited to try Chaga after hearing such great things, but these capsules turned me into a complete zombie. I felt really high while at work, which was extremely confusing and anxiety-inducing until I worked out the cause. I do now sometimes take one capsule just before bed (so at least the negative effects don't effect me while I'm awake and needing to be productive and social). Still not sure if I'm reaping any benefits though. I also tried this brand's Reishi capsules, which was another unusual experience – one single capsule gave me insomnia all night, making me drowsy but completely sleepless (despite the fact Reishi is intended to promote exceptional sleep).
