Good read, simple examples
Very short, easy to understand but more examples needed. Examples should involve different industry scenarios like offices, call centers, stores, restaurants, etc.

Great little book (thatโs what makes it special)
Weโve recommended this short read to hundreds who donโt know anything about kaizen. Itโs a wonderful primer and can orient teams about to start of their continuous improvement journey.

A nice concise overview of the Kaizen approach. Easy to read and even easier to grasp conceptually given the simple straightforward approach of this book.

Quick Reference Guide
The book is a helpful guide for keeping several Kaizen concepts at your fingertips. 4-stars because the tips are too broad and no tools are shared. I recommend this to anyone finding their footing in Kaizen practice. Continuous Improvement Professionals & Experts won't find this book useful.

One Star
I think I was expecting something different. This book seems very structured, almost robotic.
