This truly is a great product to improve your shot. The weight that it comes with is enough to help build the strength with out jeopardizing technique. It is incredibly easy to take on and off as well. My 11 and 14y.o. both is this product.

Perfect weight and the Vecro keeps it tight and secure on the hockey stick.
I found a wood hockey stick in a neighbor's trash can. The blade was beaten and chipped, but everything else was fine. I don't play hockey, but I use the hockey stick for stretching and wrist strength / mobility exercises. I bought the "Better Hockey Extreme Pro Stick Weight" for the added weight for the wrist strength / mobility exercises. Before I bought it, I was concerned that the weight wouldn't be heavy enough and the Velcro straps wouldn't be secure enough. After using the "Better Hockey Extreme Pro Stick Weight" for a couple of weeks, all my concerns disappeared. The weight is perfect. The Velcro straps keep it tight and secure to the hockey stick. Overall, I'm very happy with the "Better Hockey Extreme Pro Stick Weight" and I'll highly recommend it to others.

Reliable product
Great product broke my arm about 3 months ago and has helped strengthen back my stick handling. Does have tendency to slide down. Just needs to be readjusted otherwise perfect product Iโd recommend for anyone looking to add some weight to stick.
