Two years ago, I started experiencing severe nasal congestion that made me tear up at night because I couldn't sleep. I tried various popular decongestants, allergy pills, and homeopathic remedies, but nothing worked—until I found Xlear at my local grocery store. I bought it with little hope, but I immediately felt relief without back congestion or nasal dryness. I used it daily for six months until my store stopped carrying it. I was worried but then found the same effective product here. Although I no longer use it regularly, I keep some on hand for my family and me to manage allergies or colds. This remedy has been a true blessing—effective and affordable.

This nasal spray is easy to use with metered doses and works really fast, I also use it off label for my sagging upper eyelids and it works! Minimal ingredients is also a huge plus!

This nose spray works like Afrin, etc. But it is easier to "ween" yourself off of once allergy season ends. There are several XLear products that are easy to confuse ... 1) Daily use (this is good for "daily maintenance" but you don't get hooked on it (meaning your sinuses don't swell back up when you stop using it)); 2) Max (this is NOT like Afrin ... for me it did nothing ... it seems identical to Daily use ... so I don't recommend this one); 3) Instant Relief (this will clear/relax even the stuffiest sinuses during allergy season ... at least it does for me!). Finally, if you're reading this, I'm sorry you are suffering with allergies or a cold ... I can completely relate :-(.

I like this nose spray because it helps with my congestion and doesn’t have a bunch of toxic ingredients in it. I think the cost of this is pretty reasonable also. Most sprays I’ve tried hurt the inside of my nose but this one doesn’t.

It’s hard to open for the first time

I’ve had a cold for a few weeks and towards the end my sinuses got all clogged and it was impossible to breath through my nose. A friend recommended Xlear and a few sprays worked great. I used it a few times a day until my sinuses healed. I’m all better and I highly recommend this product.

Really happy with this. It works better than most brands I’ve tried.
